Missing Return/Refund Policy
Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued with the same payment method used to make the purchase (Stripe, Paypal, etc.). Should neither of these be suitable, a refund will be sent via eTransfer.
Customers may choose to retain store credit in place of a refund.
You may cancel any order and request a refund before shipping any physical product OR before receiving access to a digital project. A shipped product may be refunded upon its safe return (shipped at the customer’s expense), unused, within 30 days of delivery.
A restocking fee of $50/beehive will be applied to the cancellation of Beecentric Hive orders.
Damaged in Transit
All shipped items are strapped and wrapped to prevent damage in transport. In the unlikely event that an item has arrived damaged, please take a photo of (1) the damaged item and (2) the packaging and send it to the following email. If an item had been damaged in transit, a replacement item would be shipped (at my expense) as soon as one is available.
Defect In Manufacturing
If an item is found to have a defect in its manufacturing, please send a photo of the item and a description of the defect to the following email. Once the defect has been verified, a replacement item will be shipped (at my expense) as soon as one is available.
Items damaged in transit or found to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced at my expense.
Cancellations of Beecentric Hive orders will have a restocking fee of $50 per hive.
